Berthold Woltze (was born: 24th August 1829 in Havelberg; died 29th November 1896 in Weimar) was a German Genre Painter, Portrait Painter and Illustrator[1]
he was a Professor at the Art School, one of his famous works is "Der lästige Kavalier" which translated as "The Irritating Gentleman" or "The Annoying Cavalier"
